We visited in September, just after the high season, so the place was calm and not overcrowded. I can imagine that during summer it gets much busier. The spot itself is great, with a lovely new view of the port, which makes the experience even nicer.

A nice restaurant with tables right by the water, where you can really feel the authentic Greek atmosphere. The food is tasty, and the presentation is beautiful. One thing to know: at every restaurant on the island, they will bring you bread. Whether you eat it or not, it will be added to the bill — usually around €1 per person.

Amazing food! One of the best lunch-dinner I ever have in Greece for many years! I choosed grilled octopus and was the tasty ever eaten. Five stars for the chef!

Best fried calamari we ever had!!!! The pasta with prawns was so good i ordered it both times we were there! The stuff were super polite and it truly feels like friends and family owned place! 10/10 experience, 10/10 food

Delicious food, kind staff and very nice atmosphere. In the evening is quite full, but it’s worth waiting a little for a table. Highly recommend!

Great service, good food. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a beautiful view right next to the sea that made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.

We went to eat at Old Fisherman’s Tavern, where we met Petre – a really great guy who recommended what we should try. We had an amazing octopus, a fantastic tzatziki sauce with fries, and also ordered seafood pasta, which was just as delicious. I truly recommend this tavern, and I’d also like to thank Petre for all his recommendations. 👍👍🤝🤝 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first meal in Vasiliki and it didn’t disappoint, we wanted an authentic fish 🐟 meal in the harbour and this place delivered. Friendly staff and great tasty, simple Greek food. Sat at a table by the water so could watch the boats come and go and view the harbour also. I had the anchovy and my husband had the calamari with a Greek salad 🥗 ❤️

The octopus was the most delicious one I ever tasted, the seabream was also delicious and the tzatziki had the most creamy and tasty greek yoghurt. This place is an oldie but goldie.

Tantissimi posti ma servizio veloce e cibo ottimo. In due abbiamo speso €43.60 per un antipasto (spicy cheese dip), una zuppa di pesce e un branzino alla griglia. Pane, acqua grane e un calice di bianco. Tutto buono. Personale cortese. Consigliatissimo.
